    Enchilada Casserole
Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
1 large bag of tortilla chips
1 large can of enchilada sauce

Directions

Pour 1/4 cup of the enchilada sauce on the bottom
of the casserole dish.

Layer all ingredients in the casserole dish in the
following order: sauce, chips, meat, cheese, and
continue to layer until all are used. Save some
cheese for the top layer.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes, or until
the mixture is bubbly and the cheese is lightly
