    Viennese Crescents
Ingredients

1 cup butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup walnuts
2 2/1 cups flour

Directions

Place nuts and sugar in food processor. Process at high speed until finely chopped. Add butter that has been cut into pieces and process until smooth. Add flour and process in short bursts until combined. Turn out of bowl and knead to smooth out dough. Refrigerate for half-hour or until dough is firm. Shape a teaspoon at a time into small crescents. Bake on ungreased cookie until lightly browned. 15 to 18 minutes. Cool one minute and roll in confectioner's sugar until well coated.
