Ingredients
1/4 t. baking soda 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 t. baking powder 3 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 t. salt 1 t. vanilla 2 egg yolks 1/2 c. softened butter 2/3 c. packed brown sugar * 12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips * 2 t. vanilla * 1/4 cup butter or margarine * 2/3 cup corn syrup * 12 oz. bag peanut butter chips * 2 cups dry roasted peanuts * 2 cups rice cereal
Directions
Preheat oven to 350?. Combine all ingredients without * before them except marshmallows. Press into bottom of ungreased 9" x 13" pan and bake 13-14 minutes until light golden brown. Sprinkle marshmallows over crust evenly and return to oven until marshallows puff. Prepare topping.
Topping uses ingredients with * in front of them. Heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and peanut butter chips until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and cereal. Immediately spread over marshmallow topping. Cover evenly with chocolate chips and return to oven until they melt, then remove and spread with knife to form chocolate shell. Chill, cut into bars.
