    GOOD-FOR-YOU GRANOLA BARS
Ingredients

1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c oleo, melted
1/2 c milk
1 egg
1 1/2 cups purchased granola
3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

In mixing bowl combine sugar and oleo. Add milk and egg; mix well. Stir together granola, flour, and powder. Stir into egg mixture. Spread batter into a greased and lightly floured 9x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake in a 350 F oven for 20-25 minutes or until center is set. Cool in baking pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes 24 bars.
